Forestry mulching & land clearing in Milton, FL.
Milton sits on the Blackwater River — the river we took our name from. This is home ground. We know this country: the acreage tracts off the county roads, the hunting land back in the timber, the old pasture that's gone to saplings and palmetto. We clear it the way it should be cleared.
Our home river
Blackwater Mulching is named for the Blackwater River, and Milton is the town that sits on it. We didn't pick the name off a list — this is the country we work and the country we know. When you call us out to a tract off Berryhill or back toward Bagdad, you're getting an operator who doesn't need a map to find the back forty.
Acreage & rural parcels
Milton land comes by the acre, not the lot. We mulch large rural parcels in a single program — understory, briars, privet, and volunteer pine ground down and laid back as cover, mature hardwoods left standing. No burn piles smoldering for a week, no convoy of dump trucks down a dirt road.
Hunting land
Food plots, shooting lanes, trail networks, and box-blind clearings worked the way a hunter wants them — cover left where you want it, opened up where you don't. Edges feathered, not bulldozed. Lanes cut clean to the line so you've got a shot when the season comes.
Pasture reclamation
Old pasture taken back by saplings, briars, and palmetto, cleared back to a floor the cattle can walk and the grass can come back through. Fence lines opened up so you can see and maintain the wire. Reclaiming grazing ground without tearing up the topsoil that makes it worth grazing.
