Pricing

One firm number.

Flat-rate for most jobs — day rates when the work calls for it.

What you'll see in your quote

For most jobs, you get a single firm flat-rate price after an on-site walk of your property. The number quoted is the number you pay. No surprise add-ons if the job finishes faster (or slower) than expected.

Why flat-rate is the default

For most jobs, a flat-rate price is the better deal for you. You know exactly what you're paying before work starts, and the scope is locked in for both sides. But plenty of work doesn't fit a fixed bid — open-ended scopes, large commercial sites, municipal right-of-way and ongoing maintenance, jobs too big to price up front. For those we work on a day rate or whatever pricing structure the job calls for, agreed before anyone signs.

Most projects fall in these ranges

Smaller jobs (half-acre fence lines, small lots)~$2,500 – $5,000
Typical jobs (1–3 acres, mixed density)~$5,000 – $15,000
Larger jobs (5+ acres, dense overgrowth)~$15,000+
