What we collect
When you use our forms or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, property address or ZIP, email (if provided), and details about the work you're requesting. We also collect basic technical data (such as the referring page and your browser type) to operate and improve the site.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request, prepare an estimated price range, schedule a free on-site visit, and contact you by phone, text, and email about your inquiry. We do not sell your personal information.
SMS / text messaging
If you opt in to text messages, we use your phone number to text you about your inquiry and estimate. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting in to texts is never a condition of getting a quote or service.No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with the service providers that help us deliver our text messages, and only for that purpose.
How we share information
We share your information only with the service providers who help us run our business (for example, our website host and messaging provider), and only as needed to serve you. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights. As stated above, we do not share or sell your text-messaging opt-in data or phone number.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. You can contact us to access, correct, or delete your information at info@blackwatermulching.com.
Children
Our site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
