Pre-bid site walk
On your land as soon as possible after you confirm. Walked together, measured where it matters, photographed, with time to ask what you actually want to do with the property.
- Step 03
Written estimate
Same day as the walk: a written estimate covering scope, one firm flat-rate price, and start window. Your price holds for 30 days — no day-count, no surprises.
- Step 04
Schedule & execute
Contract signed, you get a date. The equipment, fuel, and operator show up when promised. Full days, every day.
- Step 05
Walkthrough & sign-off
When the work's done it gets walked with you. Anything not right gets fixed before the rig leaves. The job isn't done until you say it is.
- Step 06
Invoice & follow-up
Invoice within 48 hours of sign-off, Net-30 standard. A 90-day check-in confirms how the site is settling — that's part of the job too.
