New-build lots around Daphne and Fairhope, acreage near Foley, rural and hunting parcels back toward Bay Minette and Robertsdale. One machine, mulched on site.
East of Mobile Bay
We cover Baldwin County on the east side of Mobile Bay — Daphne, Fairhope, Bay Minette, Foley, Robertsdale, and Loxley. We're not running west of Daphne right now, so if your land is on the bay's east shore or out toward the county line, we're in range. It's a short run over from Gulf Breeze on I-10 or Hwy 98. Crossing into Lower Alabama is part of how we work, not a special trip.
New-build lots & acreage
Baldwin is growing, and a lot of that growth is raw ground. New homesite lots around Daphne, Fairhope, and Foley come covered in understory, privet, and volunteer pine that has to come off before a build can start. We mulch the lot in a single program — brush and saplings ground down and laid back as cover, the trees you want to keep left standing. No burn piles smoldering for a week, no convoy of trucks hauling debris off the lot.
Rural & hunting land
Toward Bay Minette and Robertsdale the parcels get bigger and the work changes. Rural acreage and hunting land back in the timber: food plots, shooting lanes, trail networks, and box-blind clearings worked the way a hunter wants them. Cover left where you want it, opened up where you don't. Edges feathered, lanes cut clean to the line so you've got a shot when the season comes.
Mulching, clearing & bush hogging — the right tool per acre
On most properties it isn't one tool. The Cat 275XE with the HM416 forestry head drives the job — it handles the brush, briars, and saplings a mower can't touch and grinds them to the ground so they don't whip right back. Where the ground opens up to plain grass and light growth, we bring in the 40hp Kioti tractor with a 5-foot rotary cutter and bush hog those acres. The mulcher carries the work; the tractor and hog are the add-in. One operator, one quote for the whole job.
